Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order a photo shoot?

Place your order through our website and we will be in contact for scheduling within 24 hours (48 hours if placed on the weekend).

What forms of Payment do we accept?

We accept Debit/Credit and Paypal. Payment must be received prior to photoshoot.

How far in advance do I need to order?

2-3 days in advance is recommended for desired day. 4-5 days in advance is recommended for busier season/summer months.

When should I expect the photos?

Photos are typically delivered by 12pm the following day. Add on features such as Virtual Twilight and special requests may take additional time.

How many photos will I receive?

The typical property is 25-30 photos. We capture all the features of the property, so the actual number varies depending on square footage. Smaller properties will have less photos than larger properties. Photos will be emailed through WeTransfer or can be placed into your virtual tour for no extra charge.

Can I reschedule after ordering?

Absolutely.  We ask that you reschedule with at least one day advance notice. Same-day rescheduling or cancelling has a $99 charge.

How can I prepare for my photoshoot?

Please review the "PREPARE" section for tips on preparing the property for real estate photography.  When I arrive to take photos of the property, I ask that all staging and cleaning be done prior to my arrival. To efficiently maintain my busy schedule and deliver the level of service my clients expect, I can not spend unnecessary time at the home waiting for it to be cleaned, de-cluttered, staged etc.

What is copyright law?

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation.

  • Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs (right to control the making of copies).
  • Unless you have permission from the photographer, you can’t copy, distribute (no scanning and sending them to others), publicly display (no putting them online), or create derivative works from photographs.
  • Copyright infringements—reproducing photos without permission—can result in civil and criminal penalties.
